CURRICULUM FOR SUNDAY WORSHIP
Our desire is for our kids to grow in the knowledge of the glory of the Lord! As a church, we are committed to training up these little ones made in God’s image together, but we do not want that work to be delineated to Sunday mornings or ‘church programs’. Our goal in sharing the curriculum we use on Sunday mornings is so that parents and other members of our body will know how to partner in shaping our little ones as they grow in their identities as a Family of Missionary Servants, Learning to walk in Christ’s kingdom.
The children and adults of our West Valley congregation will be studying the book of Daniel together in the Fall of 2019.
This is a 4 week curriculum helping our kids become shaped in their identities in Christ and how to live that out through the BLESS rhythms. It follows the four questions (covering one each week): Who is God? What has He done (in Christ)? Who are we (in light of this)? How can we now live?
During the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020, Missio Dei Tempe will be building a curriculum using the Jesus Storybook Bible.
Every Missio Dei congregation went through the book of Luke together and our children learned the same text the adults learned each week.
