My name is Noel, and if I haven't met you yet, hopefully I will soon!
I love seeing all the creativity that our community has to offer as inspiration, encouragement, and an opportunity to reflect to each other the true story that we are living into and learning together.
I am hoping to help organize artwork for Lent coming up, and would love to hear your thoughts if you . . .
1. Have a desire to create
2. Have an idea brewing
3. Have an image/vision already surfacing
4. Want to know more about this
Creating is a beautiful opportunity to invite others to reflect differently, to see something new, to share what God has shared with you, to speak truth in a different way. It is not selfish or arrogant, and it is necessary as these gift have been given to us to use.
If you aren't sure about this, but have a little curiosity about it, please reach out and I would love to talk more with you about it and hear your thoughts.
Also, being involved once does not mean you are committing to creating for every thing we do forever. I hope you pray about any ideas/thoughts/desires
and see if it feels right/loving to share, maybe even encouraging to others.
Also, if you have other ideas of ways you want to see creativity/art invited at Sunday gatherings or other spaces, let me know.
I will be sending out more info and ideas about what we can do for Lent to anyone I hear from. Please reach out before February 1st, so we all have plenty of time to create :). Lent begins in March!
